Worcester Country Club "Swing into Action Scholarship"

The $1,000 Swing into Action Scholarship shall be granted annually to a deserving member of the Worcester Country Club staff or a member of their immediate family who is enrolled at Worcester State University in the undergraduate program. Successful applicant must be able to verify their (or their family member’s) relationship with the Worcester Country Club and be pursuing a minimum of 9 credits per semester.

In the spring of 2017, a small group of Worcester Country Club members decided to swing into action and create a scholarship at Worcester State University. The Worcester Country Club Swing into Action Scholarship is designed to assist a current employee or a member of his or her immediate family who aspires to attend and study in the university’s undergraduate program.
