The John “Jack” F. McLaughlin Jr. ’62 M.Ed .Professor Emeritus Memorial Scholarship is committed to enriching diversity in the field of Speech Language Pathology. Preference will be given to applicants from underrepresented groups, including but not limited to individuals from minority racial or ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ communities, and those who have demonstrated a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. This award shall be granted to a sophomore, junior or senior pursuing their degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and who demonstrates a passion for the profession and is in sound academic standing.
